Real Estate

Fundrise

Simple, low-cost, and powerful real estate investing.

Why I recommend Fundrise:
I always wanted to invest in real assets but was hesitant about owning rentals because of all the horror stories I had heard about property management.

Fundrise is by far the best way I’ve found to invest in Real Estate. You can diversify your portfolio by investing in their eREITs or even allocate capital to individual properties (without the hassle of managing tenants!).

PeerStreet

PeerStreet offers short-term, high-yield real estate debt investments to the general public.

Why I recommend PeerStreet:
With the public bond market at all-time lows, private debt becomes more and more attractive. I particularly like investing in real estate debt as it is backed by a real asset that is unlikely to default.

You can use PeerStreet as a replacement for your traditional bond allocation or simply diversify your real estate exposure with returns upward of 10%!
